In the aftermath of last issue, Mrs. Ketch has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital and Dan considers relinquishing the power of Ghost Rider for good. Meanwhile, Damage Control agents investigate the carnage caused by the battle between GR and the Furies. What they get are several eyewitness accounts with different perspectives on the Spirit of Vengeance. The agents form their own opinion quickly as Ghost Rider arrives to rescue a group of children from a burning building.
