Lured out by the gang of criminals that work for Jonas Harrow, the New Avengers have been struck down by a power-inhibitor based on Tony Stark's designs. And now, they're cornered by the Dark Avengers who've just struck a bargain with Harrow.

The conflict has put a strain on Luke Cage's heart. The New Avengers took him to the Night Nurse, but Osborn and his minions have followed.
