The episode opens with Kingpin having a talk with one of his underbosses. The conversation moves to Julius Ceaser, and doesn't end in a way the Kingpin appreciates.

Jump back in time a week, and find Matt Murdock leaving a court house, to be met with Nitro in an attempted assassination.
