Following the operation in the former Soviet Union, a showdown is in the works between Oracle, and her old rival, Katarina Armstrong... the Spy Smasher. In their first joint operation, Kat treated Barbara's operatives very roughly... something that Barbara can't forgive. Katarina insists that from now on, she owns Oracle's operation, including all of her agents. Barbara's getting ready to show her that isn't true.
