As far as the public is concerned, Wolverine is on the government payroll under Norman Osborn. Little do they realize the man they see as Wolverine is his son, Daken. Little does Osborn realize that Daken has more abilities than H.A.M.M.E.R. has on file. It doesn't take much for him to manipulate the emotions of those around him for personal gain.
