Baron Zemo and Fixer watch as the Thunderbolts battle a robotic Hulk, designed to absorb all kinds of energy. Just as the Thunderbolts realize this, the Lightning Rods (Great Lakes Avengers) appear and begin to attack the Hulk robot. Distracted by the newcomers, Moonstone turns her back on the Hulk robot which grabs her and begins to drain energy, which it then releases and uses to free Graviton from his micro-dimensional prison. But as the Thunderbolts and Lightning Rods fight this new threat, Citizen V appears to avenge his grandfather's honor for Zemo's use of that identity when forming the Thunderbotls.
