Disenchanted by the JSA's inability to help everyone when they need it, Jakeem Thunder begins using the Thunderbolt to help everyone with anything they need. Soon, the people he is trying to help start demanding too much of him and he reluctantly agrees with Green Lantern who tells him that, as much as they'd like to, they can't help everyone all the time.
