Catwoman with a knife at a guard's throat! Soon that sparks a prison riot, but Catwoman is curiously detached. The director calls in the state police, who have some differences of opinion about how to proceed. The inmates want some concessions, such as no forced drug therapy and wages for the work they do. The director believes the program of rehabilitation was designed by experts and these concessions will destroy it. A guard takes trustee Uniqua back to the mess hall and the other residents, and then asks to speak to Catwoman, who agrees. During her "time out" Catwoman heard a voice from another cell that helped her. And it was this guard! There's a struggle and the guard staggers back in with Catwoman draped over her, her throat cut! They leave the facility and the guard zaps the ambulance driver with a stun gun, and then reveals herself as Harley Quinn!
