As Spider-Man and Sandman work to clear Sandman's father of the murder of Ben Parker, Peter begins to understand some of the price he will pay for being an unregistered super-hero whose identity is widely known. But their bonding is put on hold when he finds the helment that belonged to the Spider-Man from the 2211.
