When the Grey Gargoyle Strikes! - While in his office, Don Blake transforms into Thor, not knowing that Jane is there too. He pretends to be mad at Don Blake for betraying him, and Jane confesses that she loves Don. Not trusting himself, Thor leaves, where he flies off elated that she loves him. Unknown to him, Paul Duval is on his way to New York in order to try to steal Thor's immortality from him. Duval is really the Grey Gargoyle, who can transform people to stone with a touch. But Thor defeats him by tricking him out into the ocean, forgetting that his stone body is too heavy to float.
