Charlie Weiderman, former classmate of Peter Parker, comes calling for a reference. He's got an idea for a very effective suit of armor, but he'll need vibranium and funding to get it. Calling on Peter's time at Tricorp, he gets his foot in the door with Tony Stark, and starts working on his project on a very accelerated schedule.
