Johnny heads out to the west for a drag race, where he meets Wyatt Wingfoot and his friend, Rebecca Rainbow. Before it can be determined whether Johnny or Rebecca is the better racer, the Texas Twister returns, intent on capturing the Human Torch and delivering him to his employers.
