"Last Legs":
Spider-Man and Daredevil take down the Bar With No Name, only to find themselves faced by a new threat: Dr. Octopus. It seems the good Doctor is finally showing the results of all that head trauma he's suffered over the years, and he's decided to end his days by doing something good for the city. Unfortunately, there's not enough of a rational man left for his subconscious to really work the way it's supposed to.
