The Raft is S.H.I.E.L.D.'s premier holding facility for super-villains. Within it's adamantium lined cells wait dozens of dangerous criminals, serving their sentances away from society. But now, thanks to Electro, the Raft is emptying and a small band of heroes are all that stand to save the S.H.I.E.L.D. officers stationed there, and a handful of civillians from the tide of villainy.
