Doug Ramsey has been accepted by the Massechutses Academy, and he asks Kitty to come with him for orientation. She agrees, if only to protect him from the Hellfire Club. Once there, Kitty discovers the White Queen is out of her coma. Before her mental call for help can reach Xavier, he and the other X-Men are drawn into the construct in Central Park for the Secret Wars.
