The X-Men break into Benetech to search for the mutant sample. They do find one dead mutant, but not the one Hank, Scott and Emma are looking for. Wolverine realizes that there is a more specific target, but they are attacked before he can pursue the matter. Ord isn't present, as he's too busy invading the mansion and using the cure on Wing while in flight. Shadowcat finds a bunker under the building, and investigates it, only to find Colossus alive and well.
