Catwoman returns to Gigo's Auto Repair, to bring back the weapon she stole, and to get some explosives. El Estandarte asks her to return in a few days. Gordon keeps an appointment with the mayor, who tells him to lay off Catwoman and concentrate on Fluffy's murder. But Gordon smells a rat: he's not sure why the mayor issued this order but is sure there's a reason he doesn't see. Gordon hears a report that officers picked up Catwoman on a vagracy charge, but it's just a homeless person wearing the costume she discarded. Marchak and Belvilli collect a tip on a truck hijacking from a CI; the Original Children are going to take a truckload of explosives. Catwoman wants those explosives as well, and the truck is driven by the Banner, who means to murder the Original Children. The whole thing goes pear shaped, but Catwoman gets the truck. And then calls the mayor, disappointed that Marchak and his partner still seem to be pursuing her. So she has the mayor look out the window in time to see his car explode!
