In December 1945 while flying a routine training mission, a flight of Avenger torpedo bombers disappeared off the coast of Florida in an area known as the Bermuda Triangle. Now, over 50 years later, one of the pilots has returned apparently has not aged a day. Mulder and Scully investigate the validity of this man's claims and find that nothing is what it seems. But who would perpetuate such a hoax, and, more importantly, why?
