Supes returns from a mission to find the trains have collided and are falling off the rails. On saving the passengers he notes it was a computer failure which set it up. Around Metropolis thousands of computers are failing and he spends time fixing them but then finds missles are about to destroy Moscow and the US. He stops the Moscow missles and the JLA fix the others. Supes traces the problem to his Fortress and on inspection finds someone has reprogrammed his robots to attack him and has done other damage. Evintually he finds Brainiac who is in the process of fixing his computer mind using the advanced scientific equipment in the fortress. Brainiac fires energy at Supes which Supes uses to reignite a sun somewhere else in the galaxy. On his return Brainiac acts calmly and imforms Supes that he has fixed the cimputer problem and will now go and fix other problems in the galaxy. Supes explains to us that he used the Fortress computers to reprogram Brainiac to be a good computer and wonders why he didnt think of it before.... after all Brianiac is just a machine and doesnt deserve respect or nothing like that....
