On the run from the FBI, Mr Terrific enlists the help of the JSA to find out what Senator Enfield is planning. He follows the senator to the frozen north where he has a secret control center built, waiting to launch a rocket to take something to the moon. Terrific is captured but the other members of the JSA have followed him and stop Enfield. Before the JSA can do anything, however, Enfield's project is launched revealing Heinrich Himmler's face on computer screens.
