The new President, a man who claims to be the original Captain America, issues an execution order for all super-heroes. The murders of Punisher, Hulk, Galahad, and Metalscream are televised. As Hulk is killed and the news anchor encourages viewers to rebel against the new government, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents begin attacks on "subversive" news stations.
