Titled “Into the Deep Blue Sea”, this issue finds the human resistance team known as Sarah’s Slammers in dire straits. Their hover-craft (an HK) crashes into the ocean and sinks to the bottom, leaving them isolated under immense pressure and with limited air. They must use all their survival skills to escape while being hunted by relentless machine forces from Skynet. Meanwhile, the underwater setting raises the stakes—out of their element, vulnerable, and fighting time as much as the enemy.
