Mark Leung, a Chinatown NYPD detective, is executed by members of the Chinese Triads after his undercover work is exposed. His wife is also murdered, and their twin daughters are kidnapped and sold into the child slavery/smelting/slave trade. The mystical entity known as The Crow resurrects him so he can avenge his death, rescue his daughters, and confront those responsible. Meanwhile, his former partner, Detective Caitlin Murphy, pursues clues to his death
