Jenny Sparks calls Weatherman when mutant telekinetic triplets begin destroying buildings in Tokyo. StormWatch’s Black and Red teams work on evacuation while StormWatch Prime (including Fuji) assault the cult behind the mutants (a group called Kodo). The cult leader, Raifu Waaku, has plans to reshape Japan using his psychic link to the triplets. In the end, the compound explodes, the remaining triplets die peacefully, and Kodo’s threat is eliminated.
