“Sing a Song of Sorcery!” introduces Jim Rook, a rock musician who is mysteriously transported to the mystical realm of Myrra, where he becomes the sword-wielding hero known as Nightmaster. Armed with the magical “Sword of Night,” Jim must battle the tyrannical Warlocks and defend Myrra’s people from enslavement. Blending rock-and-roll attitude with sword-and-sorcery fantasy, this issue launched one of DC’s more unusual Bronze Age heroes.

Back Cover: General age toning; moderate corner blunting.
