Following the emotional events of the 200th issue, Spider-Man finds himself the target of a relentless new threat—none other than the notorious hitman, the Punisher! When the Punisher is hired by J. Jonah Jameson’s rival publisher to capture Spider-Man, the two clash violently through the streets of New York. However, as the battle rages on, the Punisher begins to suspect there’s more to the contract than he was told.
