The team of Youngblood lands at Andrews Air Force Base with the captured group known as the New Men. They debate their role in capturing young super-powered allies. One of the team, Riptide, faces consequences for posing nude and is shown leaving the team, while internal moles within team headquarters (working for the Brotherhood of Man) are exposed. A battle erupts when the New Men break free under the mole’s facilitation, resulting in revelations of the mole’s betrayal and the Brotherhood’s plan. At the end, Riptide declines reinstatement, and Dash of the New Men goes into labor.
