Cap and Gorbo have fallen down the Project Earth Dig hole. The world believes them dead, not knowing that the Mole Man saved the pair in an attempt to learn what Project Earth Dig's goal is. Gorbo realizes this is his chance to spark a conflict, and convinces the Mole Man that Cap is actually a spy.
