In this third installment of the four-issue series, the narrative delves deeper into the complex and dark relationships among the characters. Som-Som, a prostitute at the House Without Clocks who has undergone a procedure severing the connection between her brain hemispheres, remains unable to act upon or reveal the secrets she learns from her clients. Meanwhile, her friend Rawra Chin, a transvestite who left the House to pursue a stage career, returns and becomes entangled in a destructive relationship with her former lover, Foral Yatt. As Rawra Chin's descent continues, the story explores themes of abuse, control, and the inability to intervene in the suffering of loved ones.
This issue continues the adaptation of Moore's 1988 short story, offering a richly illustrated and emotionally charged exploration of complex human relationships within a fantastical setting.
