Carol Danvers has brought the Fantastic Four to a store house of unexplainable items that the U.S. government has accumulated over the years, after receiving a distress signal from agent Wendell Vaughn. It seems one of the items has turned itself on, and this item was present when Steve Rogers was originally turned into Captain America back in 1942.
