John Dusk's secret is out. His girlfriend, his colleagues and his partners all know that he's been executing criminals. Despite the fact that he's rescued Alpha's children, they still have to make sense of it. He doesn't want to hurt anybody, but he still believes that what he did was right - that the people he killed deserved to die.

But the strength of the police department, as well as a few other enhanciles, is arrayed against him. But John Dusk receives help from an unexpected quarter.
