He finds Cloak and Dagger hunting down members of a major heroin ring operating out of an abandoned school.

The encounter ends with Spider-Man narrowly preventing further bloodshed — but the moral lines remain blurred. Cloak and Dagger are not villains, but they’re far from heroes.
